If interested in participating in the 2015-2016 Academic Year Work-Study Program, please complete the request form and email to Sara Martinez. The hiring deadline for this program is Friday, January 29, 2016. The first working day is Thursday, October 1, 2015 and the last working day is Friday, June 10, 2016.

A new hire or rehire must attend an orientation and complete all new hire paperwork before or on their start date.
Employees should provide at least two (2) weeks notice to the SPH Personnel Office when separating, transferring out, or ending an appointment within the School of Public Health.
The Employee-initiated Reduction In Time (ERIT) Program is an optional tool that locations and organizational units may choose to offer employees to address the current budget crisis. The ERIT Program provides a method for employees to assist the University in responding to the budget deficit by volunteering to reduce their percentage of appointment and pay so that the University can achieve salary savings.
Written performance appraisals are included as an essential part of several personnel policies and are the bases for many actions such as completion of probationary period, merit increases, corrective action, dismissal based on performance, and transfer. While established personnel policies specify written evaluations must be done annually, additional appraisals may be conducted at any time the supervisor or employee feels one would be of value.
