Applications submitted to SOPHAS and the UCLA Graduate Division after the December 1st deadline may be considered, but will have reduced opportunities for admission, financial support, and housing.
Fall 2017 application for admission will be available through the Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS) at www.sophas.org in early September 2016. UCLA applications will be avialable at www.ucla.edu also in early September.
The following three steps must be completed and submitted before your application is considered complete. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Applicants applying only to the Fielding School of Public Health must complete ONLY the following sections of the UCLA graduate application at https://grad.ucla.edu/gasaa/admissions/applicat.htm. Applicants applying for a joint degree must complete all sections of the UCLA graduate application.

* Letters of recommendation, statement of purpose, transcript, test scores, professional experience, resume, and supporting documents should be submitted to SOPHAS ONLY.
