In this session, Kristy Sherrer, director of career services at UCLA Fielding and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, will share insights from an expansive alumni and employer survey sent in March 2021 to assess impacts of racial unrest and COVID-19 on hiring practices, in-demand skillsets, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
