The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) recently reported from the 2019 Internship & Co-op Survey that intern to full-time offer rates are at 70.4%. Together with NACE’s Job Outlook survey that found over 75% of employers hiring full-time candidates are seeking those with relevant work experience, this should be quite motivating to make the most of your internship or fellowship.
