About National Public Health Week at UCLA:  Every year, communities around the nation participate in a week of activities to recognize the contributions of public health and highlight issues that are important to improving our nation’s health. This year’s theme, provided by the American Public Health Association, is “Healthiest Nation 2030”. Starting April 6th at UCLA, we’ll be addressing the root causes of health inequality in our National Public Health week discussions and activities. We aim to open up meaningful dialogue on how we can work together to address the social conditions that need to change in order to create a healthier nation in 2030.
