This event is presented by UC Speaks Up, a project of UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, in partnership with Courage First, an abuse prevention initiative from The Foundation for Global Sports Development and Sidewinder Films, producers of At the Heart of Gold. Courage First and UC Speaks Up have a shared objective to increase awareness about sexual violence, particularly in college athletics.

Steps to Participate in this Screening and Discussion:

Step 1: Register via this Eventbrite Link

Step 2: Watch the film - At the Heart of Gold: Inside the USA Gymnastics Scandal. A link for free access to the film will be available beginning Friday, October 9th. If you own an HBO subscription, you can also access it through HBO.

Step 3: (Optional) Submit questions for the panelists via this Google Form. Those who submit questions will be entered into a random drawing for an Amazon gift card.

Step 4: Attend the panel discussion: held October 14th, 6 PM - 8 PM PDT.

Step 5: Participate in research. Event attendees will be sent a post-event survey. All respondents will be entered into a random drawing for an Amazon gift card, with winners.
