The past year has seen people across the world pull together in response to the greatest public health threat in a generation. Yet, in the United States, basic safety measures like mask-wearing have been politicized and led to fractures and clashes in our society. Now, with a new presidential administration in place and a vaccination plan underway, can false information and conspiracy theories be replaced with accurate information based on the best science? How can evidence-based health information be communicated effectively to increase health literacy, inspire confidence, and save lives?

Join us for a timely discussion about restoring the public’s trust in science and the important role of effective communication in making public health policy. An optional, small group networking session will follow the webinar.
