UCLA Resilience In Your Student Experience Center is partnering with the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center to host mindfulness workshops during remote instruction.

Participants can join over Zoom to hear an overview of mindfulness and learn how mindfulness can help with difficult emotions and thoughts, and how mindfulness can cultivate positive emotions.
