UCLA Staff Information Session | Planning and Preparedness Related to COVID-19

The UCLA Staff Assemly will host an information session on “UCLA’s Planning and Preparedness Related to COVID-19” on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, from 2pm to 3:30pm in the Collins Conference Room at the James West Alumni Center. 

This session is co-sponsored by the UCLA Staff Assembly and Campus Human Resources with featured speakers Michael Beck, administrative vice chancellor for UCLA, and Dr. Robert Kim-Farley, professor in residence at the Fielding School of Public Health. Information on campus planning efforts, preventative measures, and applicable staff personnel policies in the current context will be discussed. A question and answer session will follow the presentations.

Seating is limited. Supervisors are encouraged to secure a meeting space within their departments for staff to watch the live stream if they do not have access to a computer.

FSPH will be livestreaming this information session in CHS 43-105 for staff and faculty if they wish to attend.
