Arthur Winer

Dr. Arthur M. Winer is Distinguished Emeritus Professor of Environmental Health Sciences and a core faculty member in the UCLA Environmental Science and Engineering Program, of which he was the Director between 1989 and 1997. Dr.

Pablo Cicero-Fernandez

Research Interests: Dr. Cicero-Fernandez is an Adjunct Assistant Professor and the Manager of the Specialty Vehicle and Engine Testing Section at the Haagen-Smit Laboratory of the California Air Resources Board.

Yifang Zhu

Dr. Yifang Zhu serves as professor in the Department of Environmental Health Sciences. She graduated from Tsinghua University in 1997 and received her Ph.D. in Environmental Health Sciences from UCLA in 2003. Her research interest is primarily in the field of air pollution, environmental exposure assessment, and aerosol science and technology. Specifically, she is interested in quantitative exposure/risk assessments on ultrafine particles from various indoor and outdoor sources.

Beate Ritz

Beate Ritz joined the faculty of the School of Public Health at UCLA in 1995 and is Professor of Epidemiology with co-appointments in the Environmental Health department at the UCLA School of Public Health and in Neurology, UCLA School of Medicine; she is a member of the Center for Occupational and Environmental Health (COEH), the Southern California Environmental Health Science Center (SCEHSC), co-directed the NIEHS-funded UCLA Center for Gene-Environment Studies of Parkinson's disease and is the Interim Director for the APDA Center of Excellence in Parkinon's Disease Research.
