Anthony Hunter Schiff

Mr. Schiff is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and a transactional healthcare attorney. He teaches the Legal Environment of Health Services Management course. He is a principal in Schiff and Bernstein, A Professional Corporation, a Los Angeles health law firm. Mr. Schiff is admitted to the practice of law in both California (1977) and the District of Columbia (1979).

Lori Pelliccioni

Lori S. Richardson Pelliccioni is Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management, UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. Dr. Pelliccioni teaches the Department’s course in health law. She received her Ph.D. and M.P.H. from UCLA’s School of Public Health.

Aram Dobalian

Dr. Aram Dobalian is the founding Director of the Veterans Emergency Management Evaluation Center (VEMEC), the only national center within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) devoted to the study of cutting-edge operations and policy questions that support VA’s public health preparedness and response responsibilities – to ensure timely access to high-quality care for veterans during disasters, and to support non-VA emergency management and homeland security efforts. As VEMEC's Director, he oversees all of its activities, including its applied research and evaluation projects.
