Paul Torrens

Paul Torrens is Professor of Health Policy and Management, teaches courses in health services organization and financing, health services organization and theory, managerial processes in health service organizations and managed care. Dr. Torrens received his M.D. from Georgetown University and his M.P.H. from Harvard University. A physician by initial training, he has had a long career in the two areas of health care management and health care policy.

Dylan Roby

Dylan H. Roby, PhD, is faculty associate at the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research. He is also an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management in the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and an assistant professor of Health Services Administration at the University of Maryland School of Public Health in College Park.

Diana Hilberman

Diana Hilberman is Adjunct Professor of Health Services and Director of the MPH Programs in Health Policy and Management, including the early career 2-year MPH Program, the one-year program in Health Services Organization for individuals with prior doctorates, and the four concurrent degree programs. She is also the founder and Co-Director of the Certificate in Health Management and Leadership, a program run in partnership with UCLA Extension. Dr.
