Dr. Brennan Spiegel is the Director of Health Services Research for Cedars-Sinai Health System and Professor of Medicine and Public Health at UCLA, where he teaches digital health science, health analytics and health economics.

Sangeeta Ahluwalia

Sangeeta C. Ahluwalia is Assistant Professor of Health Policy and Management at UCLA and a Senior Policy Researcher at the RAND Corporation. She teaches the Politics of Health Policy (HS 287) course for students in the Health Policy and Management Program. 

Robert Brook

Robert Brook

Robert Brook is Professor of Medicine, and Health Policy and Management. He also directs the Clinical Scholars Program and is a Corporate Fellow at RAND and the Director of RAND's Health Sciences Program. Dr. Brook teaches a course entitled, "Quality of Care" in the Fielding School of Public Health, and leads a doctoral seminar on health services and health policy research as part of the Clinical Scholars core curriculum. He received his M.D. from the Johns Hopkins Medical School and his Sc.D. from the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health. Dr.

Bruce Davidson is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management, where he taught the Quality Improvement course in the Executive Master of Public Health program for nine years.  With 40 years of experience in health services delivery and evaluation, Dr. Davidson currently consults to healthcare and human service organizations nationwide.
