Isomi Miake-Lye

Isomi Miake-Lye is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management, and a researcher at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. She has expertise in evidence synthesis, mixed methods research, implementation science, and organizational behavior. Her research focuses on how the organization of health systems affects the use of evidence and evidence-based practices. She is Associate Director of the VA Evidence Synthesis Program in West Los Angeles and teaches Program Evaluation courses at UCLA.

Warren Scott Comulada

W. Scott Comulada, DrPH, is an associate professor-in-residence in the UCLA Departments of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences and Health Policy and Management. He is also a Methods Core Co-Director for the Center for HIV Prevention, Identification, and Treatment Services (CHIPTS) and an Analytic Core Project Lead for an Adolescent Trials Network (ATN) U19. His roles on CHIPTS and the ATN have supported the development of electronic data collection systems and evaluations of large-scale intervention trials for HIV prevention and treatment. Dr.

Dvora Joseph Davey

Dr. Joseph Davey's research focuses on how best to prevent and treat HIV and other sexually transmitted infections in peri-conception, pregnant women and couples, as well as other vulnerable populations. She has expertise in study design and use of epidemiological methods to inform interventions aimed at reducing the burden of HIV and related diseases on women, children, and families.

Sung-Jae Lee

Sung-Jae Lee, PhD, is an Associate Professor-in-Residence in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences, UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, with a joint appointment in the Department of Epidemiology, UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. He is the Director of the Recruitment Engagement and Retention Center (RERC) for the Adolescent Medicine Trials Network (ATN) U19. His current ongoing research focuses on designing interventions for vulnerable HIV-affected communities. Dr.

Deborah Glik

Deborah Glik

Deborah C. Glik, Sc.D. FAAHB, is a Full Professor at the UCLA School of Public Health. She received her B.A. from Barnard College, served in the Peace Corps in Togo, West Africa, and completed her doctorate in behavioral sciences and public health at Johns Hopkins University in 1985.  She taught at the University of South Carolina before joining UCLA in 1991. She specializes in the planning, and assessment and evaluation of public health education campaigns, material development and popular media projects.
