Anne Rimoin, professor of epidemiology and director of the Center for Global and Immigrant Health at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, was interviewed by the BBC NEWS show The Briefing on Jan. 29 about the status of the new coronavirus outbreak.

Rimoin also shared insight about the status of the new coronavirus compared to previous Ebola outbreaks Rimoin has addressed in the Democratic Republic Of the Congo (DRC) through her work as founding director of the Fielding School-based UCLA DRC Reserach and Training program.
