Office of Marketing and Communications

The Marketing and Communications team connects journalists with UCLA Fielding School experts and provides resources to faculty, staff and students to assist in sharing their work with external audiences. Our scope of operations includes media relations, press releases and media training, publications, select website services, schoolwide events, social media and more. Please email for more information.

UCLA has a new campus-wide logo system and associated branding resources which include a new logo for the Fielding School. To access FSPH PowerPoint templates, brand guidelines and more, please visit our Branding & Logo Resources page.

Please reach out to the Office of Marketing and Communications with photography and videography questions.

Please contact the Office of Marketing and Communications before a photography or videography project on behalf of the school is scheduled (onsite or offsite). Permits, release forms and other advance notifications are often required.

FSPH students, faculty and staff are subject to their image being captured via photography or videography while attending activities at FSPH and at UCLA FSPH events. The aforementioned may be used for promotion, marketing and publicity of the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. The Office of Marketing and Communications can be contacted with requests for image searches in the FSPH database as well as copyright information.

When using photography that includes individuals (adults and children) in promotional materials, it is important to consider if a release/consent form from the subject is required. As a courtesy to individuals in the content that you capture for UCLA Fielding School, you are encouraged to obtain a photo release/consent form in instances where an individual can be identified and/or is a primary focus of the image. To download release forms in English, Chinese, French, and Spanish, please click here.
