Air pollution linked to autism
STAT featured research led by Beate Ritz, professor and vice chair of epidemiology at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, that found an association between air pollution exposures during infanthood and being diagnosed with autism.
Yifang Zhu, professor of environmental health sciences and associate dean for academic programs at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, was quoted in a Vogue article about the air quality dangers posed by wildfires in California.
