Hannah Bateman
Dr. Hannah Bateman is Assistant Director of Career & Professional Development for the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. Dr. Bateman joins us with over ten years of experience in higher education. Most recently, she served as the Associate Director, Graduate Programs and Education Professions at Loyola Marymount University. Prior to that position, she worked as a Human Resources Manager at UCLA and as the Career Resource Specialist for the Bruin Guardian Scholars (UCLA students who are current and former foster youth). Her work focuses on the college to work transition, post-graduate employment outcomes, and college-educated talent recruitment and retention.
Dr. Bateman holds a Doctorate of Education and Master of Arts in Education from Pepperdine University. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Clark Atlanta University.
