Leonel Ibarra

Leonel Ibarra is the Chief Financial Officer for the Fielding School of Public Health. Leonel is an experienced financial professional, he was worked at UCLA over 36 years in various financial leadership positions across campus. Leonel Ibarra earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University. Leonel oversees the Finance Office and is responsible for managing the school's financial resources according to university financial policies and procedures. Leonel manages the annual budget process, budget modeling, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.
