Luis España

Luis joined UCLA in 2016 and began working with EHS in 2021. As department manager, he oversees the full administration and operations of the EHS Department and the COEH Center, including fiscal oversight, contracts and grants pre-award, academic and staff human resources, student affairs, and space and facilities planning. During his tenure as department manager, Luis also completed an MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He values being part of the FSPH community and looks forward to continuing to contribute in his role as department manager.
