UCLA C-LARAH 3rd Annual Inclusive Excellence In Research Symposium

The UCLA Center for LGBTQ+ Advocacy, Research, and Health (C-LARAH) is thrilled to invite you to join our 3rd Annual Inclusive Excellence In Research Symposium. The Symposium will be held on April 8, 2026 from 3pm-6pm, at the UCLA Mathias Botanical Garden La Kretz Garden Pavillion Rooms 100/101 (Address: 707 Tiverton Ave, Los Angeles, California, 90095).

At a time of significant shifts in the federal policy landscape affecting higher education, scientific research, and LGBTQ+ health equity and civil rights, this year’s symposium will convene distinguished leaders in research and public service to provide scholarly and policy perspectives on these critical issues. The program will feature presentations by distinguished guest speakers, including Dr. Ayako Miyashita Ochoa from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, followed by moderated Q&A sessions and an award ceremony.

This free, ticketed, and catered event is open to all UCLA community members, affiliates, and community advocates. RSVP by April 6, 2026.
