Dr. Anne Rimoin, professor of epidemiology and the Gordon-Levin Endowed Chair in Infectious Diseases and Public Health at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, is interviewed by BBC News regarding COVID-19 and what can be done to prepare for future pandemics.


"We can't always protect against every scenario here, but we can do a lot in terms of planning, investment in global health security, which includes both animal spillover and better lab security. There's a lot that we can do," said Anne Rimoin, professor of epidemiology and Gordon-Levin Endowed Chair in Infectious Diseases and Public Health.
