Smriti Kirubanandan

Smriti currently serves as Managing Director, Healthcare at Accenture. She has a strong background in robotics and public health and is passionate about making healthcare more efficient, affordable, and accessible, as she specializes in creating high impact strategic partnerships. As a trusted leader, she fosters executive relationships and cultivates partnerships at the convergence of emerging technology, innovation, and empathy. She also spearheads brand development, thought leadership, and market research.

Smriti is the Founder of HLTH Forward Podcast- an award-winning media platform that hosts healthcare leaders, policymakers, and artists to discuss the challenges in the system and what we could do collectively to move healthcare

forward. An empathetic and innovative strategic policy advisor, she has helped organizations globally build the capacity to empower people to engage in wellness programs. She is also responsible for educating small farmers in Africa to lift them out of poverty to improve food and nutrition insecurity, impacting 2 million people per year. In 2022, Smriti was appointed to LA County’s Food Equity Roundtable as a Nutrition and Policy Advisor and to the Board of Akshaya Patra Foundation, which feeds 2 million children daily.

Smriti holds her Bachelor of Science in Robotics, Master of Engineering Management from the University of Southern California, and Master of Public Health from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. She is also a Certified Raw Vegan Chef and Nutritionist and is currently in Fellowship with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
