Dr. Gerald Kominski is professor emeritus of health policy and management and Senior Fellow at the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research. His research focuses on evaluating the costs and financing of public insurance programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers’ Compensation. Since 2010, his research has focused on evaluating the expected and actual impacts of healthcare reform under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). He co-led the development of a microsimulation model (CalSIM) for forecasting eligibility, enrollment, and expenditures under the ACA in California.

Dr. Pamela Davidson's expertise is in evaluation research design and methods, strategic planning, and leadership and professional development in translational research teams. Approximately 90% of her professional effort is spent in the UCLA research enterprise. For more than two decades she has directed large-scale multisite health services research and evaluation studies and taught graduate courses in ‘Health Services Evaluation’, ‘Organization and Management Processes’, and ‘Health Systems and Organizations’.

Felicia Schanche Hodge, MPH, DrPH is a Professor in the School of Nursing as well as a Professor in the Department of Health policy and Management in the Fielding School of Public Health. She teaches courses in research methods, American Indian populations and health disparities. Dr. Hodge is the founder and director of the Center for American Indian/Indigenous Research and Education (CAIIRE) which supports research, evaluation and education. Dr. Hodge served as a member of the NIH-NINR National Advisory Council and the NIH Library of Medicine.

Diana Hilberman is Adjunct Professor of Health Services and Director of the MPH Programs in Health Policy and Management, including the early career 2-year MPH Program, the one-year program in Health Services Organization for individuals with prior doctorates, and the four concurrent degree programs. Ron Hays is a Professor of Medicine and a Professor of Health Policy and Management. He specializes in research and teaching courses in health-related quality of life, patient experience with healthcare, and health-related behavior. Dr. Hays received his Ph.D. from UC Riverside. He is a Principal Investigator of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) project and studies of health-related quality of life.

Dr. Hayes-Bautista is currently professor of public health and of medicine, and director of the Center for the Study of Latino Health and Culture at the School of Medicine, UCLA. He graduated from UC Berkeley and completed his MA and PhD in Medical Sociology at the University of California Medical Center, San Francisco. Dr. Hayes-Bautista's research focuses on the dynamics and processes of the health of the Latino population using both quantitative data sets and qualitative observations.

Dr. Sandra Aronberg is an experienced physician health care executive. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Fielding School of Public Health with an emphasis on the Impact of New Technologies on Health Services. She is a consultant in business, health care, policy and outcomes analysis, technology assessment, quality and utilization management, education, environmental health and technology. She is a Board-Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist.

Dr. Ko teaches in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. As a clinician, Ko is double board-certified surgeon with a practice focusing on patients with colorectal cancer. At UCLA, he is the Robert and Kelly Day Professor of Surgery, and has won the Faculty Teaching Award three times.

Neal Halfon, MD, MPH is founding director of the UCLA Center for Healthier Children, Families and Communities, and also directs the Child and Family Health Leadership and Training Program in the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.
