The Los Angeles Times interviewed Dr. Arturo Vargas Bustamante, professor in the Department of Health Policy Management, about new research into Latinos' use of social media for health-related information.

“It’s an interesting finding, but not surprising,” said Arturo Vargas Bustamante, a professor of health policy and management at UCLA (Fielding) and the director of faculty research at the Latino Policy and Politics Institute. “Latinos are among the demographic groups that are less engaged with the healthcare system in the U.S.”
