UC-HSI Doctoral Diversity Initiative Pathways Program - Faculty Track

An early-career faculty initiative to increase enrollment and retention of faculty with backgrounds from CSU campuses and other HSIs

About the UCLA-CSU Hispanic Serving Institution Pathways to Doctoral Diversity Initiative (UC-HSI-DDI) - Faculty Track

DDI logoThe faculty track of the UC-HSI-DDI supports early-career faculty at CSU partner HSI institutions (CSU Long Beach, CSU Northridge, and CSU Los Angeles) and UCLA in advancing diversity and retention in the public health academic workforce. Over the next five years, UCLA Fielding School, in partnership with the CSULB Department of Health Sciences, will foster an academic culture of inclusive excellence. Junior faculty fellows benefit from a structured support system and participate in workshops and trainings. Ultimately, the program will work to enhance faculty pathways and improve retention for all participants.

If you are a junior faculty interested in advancing professionally in public health academia, this may be a great opportunity for you!
