Health Policy and Management Alumni Association
The vision of the Health Policy and Management Alumni Association (HPMAA) is to build healthier futures while building leaders in healthcare.
HPMAA’s mission is to establish and maintain a strong bond between the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, the school’s Department of Health Policy and Management, and its graduates through service and program offerings, and to support — financially and otherwise — the school, program, students, and alums.
HPMAA activities include:
- Providing rich networking and mentoring opportunities for students and graduates
- Connecting alums with students for summer internships, and with graduates for future employment
- Facilitating opportunities for graduates to interact and share experiences with the Department of Health Policy and Management and UCLA Fielding
- Increasing financial support for students, the program, and the network of graduates
HPMAA’s signature event, Leaders of Today, Leaders of Tomorrow, honors outstanding leaders in healthcare and raises funds to support student scholarships, as well as for programs and services that support students and the graduate network.
Leaders of Today, Leaders of TomorrowHPMAA’s Board of Directors consists of healthcare leaders with strong ties to the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, representing a variety of healthcare organizations and a range of healthcare expertise, along with varying levels of career tenure.
